When will my order arrive and how much is postage?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days and postage is free in the U.K.
Do you deliver overseas?
If outside U.K mainland please contact to confirm shipping costs. Any orders placed for overseas will not be processed until shipping to destination is confirmed by email. Please email email@example.com
Can I return an item?
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days provided the candle has not been burnt, is in good condition and is in the original packaging.
We can offer an exchange or a full refund less the original postage cost.
How do I return an item and get a refund or exchange?
Before sending anything back to us please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the reason for the return and we will happily assist you.
What postage should I use?
If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not faulty or damaged then unfortunately you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and advise you to get proof of postage.
